Terms and Conditions for Service Vouchers
Validity
Service vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period, and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed at Upper Room Hair & Makeup Studio for services specified on the voucher.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise specified.
Booking
To redeem a voucher, appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Please inform us of your voucher at the time of booking and present it upon arrival.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to show up for an appointment or provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Transferability
Vouchers are transferable and may be used by someone other than the purchaser.
The voucher holder must present the voucher at the time of service.
Loss or Theft
Upper Room Hair & Makeup Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
Refunds
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event that a service cannot be provided, Upper Room Hair & Makeup Studio reserves the right to offer an alternative service of equal value.
Fraud
Upper Room Hair & Makeup Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold vouchers for review if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Amendments
Upper Room Hair & Makeup Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The current terms and conditions will always be available on our website.
